Go To a Specific Directory and Page

As a function of supporting customer service, Tear Pages Live! has included the ability to look-up a page, based off its page number. This gives the user the ability to immediately "get on the same page" with the customer without having to find a paper directory or otherwise fumble around for the page.

To go to a specific directory and page using the List of Online Directories:

1. Click on the Directories Tab.
   Note: Tear Pages Live! defaults to the Directories Tab upon opening.

2. Click on the link "Click to retrieve online list".

3. Type in the specific page number located at the top right hand corner and click on the
   Right Arrow.
   Note: The user may also search for a page or heading by using the Business Name Search and Category Search, both found under the Directories Tab.

Once the page appears, the user can:

• Have a productive conversation about whatever question someone may have about the page in question.
